Technology & Manufacturing Association

ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY & MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATION

In 1925, eight small to midsize manufacturers came together to address the need for cooperation and to better themselves through association with each other. This shared concern and mutual agreement laid the foundation for the Die, Tool, Special Machinery and Manufacturers Association, later to be named the Tool & Die Institute, and then the Tooling & Manufacturing Association, which is today the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA).
